1.Free trial (Basic plan)

The monthly Basic plan starts with a one-time $1 setup fee charged at checkout and a 7-day free trial; the annual Basic plan ($180/year) includes the 7-day free trial with no setup fee. You will not be charged the subscription if you cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, billing begins automatically on day 8 and recurs monthly or annually per the option you chose. Pro and Max plans have no trial and bill immediately.

2.How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal linked there. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. To cancel a Basic trial before you are charged, cancel any time before day 8.

3.Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods or for time you did not use. The $1 setup fee is non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.

4.Price changes

If we change subscription pricing, the new price applies to your next billing period after reasonable notice. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not agree.

5.Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we would rather resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
