Terms of Service

1.Who we are & acceptance

Source Terminal ("Source Terminal," "we," "us") is a product-research and sourcing tool for online resellers, operated by Christian Banks of 7401 Westlake Terrace, Apt. 416, Bethesda, Maryland 20817, available at source-terminal.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3.The service

Source Terminal aggregates publicly available marketplace pricing and trend data and uses automated analysis, including artificial intelligence, to generate research such as estimated resale prices, buy/skip signals, supplier leads, and profit tracking. The Service is a research and organizational tool only. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

4.Accounts & security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or business per account; do not share credentials or resell access.

5.Subscriptions, trials, fees & auto-renewal

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Current plans:

• Basic — $19/month (or $180/year). The monthly option starts with a one-time $1 setup fee charged today plus a 7-day free trial; the annual option includes the 7-day free trial with no setup fee. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged the plan price beginning on day 8.
• Pro — $49/month (or $468/year). Billed immediately; no trial.
• Max — $99/month (or $948/year). Billed immediately; no trial.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose — until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We may change prices on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

6.Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods; the $1 setup fee is non-refundable. 7.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights;
• Scrape, resell, redistribute, or build a competing product from our data or output;
• Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or the paywall, or share your account;
• Overload, probe, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• Upload unlawful content or use the Service to infringe intellectual-property or other rights.

8.No professional or financial advice — accuracy disclaimer

Source Terminal does not provide financial, investment, business, tax, or legal advice. All prices, estimated values, AI verdicts, suggested sell prices, ROI figures, supplier leads, and other output are informational only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or out of date. Marketplace data comes from third-party sources we do not control. You are solely responsible for your own purchasing and reselling decisions, and we make no guarantee of any profit, sale, result, or income. Always independently verify before buying or selling.

9.Third-party services & no affiliation

The Service references and retrieves data from third-party platforms and uses third-party processors (including Stripe, Google/Firebase, Anthropic, and marketplace and search providers). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay, Amazon, Google, Alibaba, Depop, Mercari, Poshmark, Grailed, Vinted, or any other marketplace. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of a third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms.

10.Intellectual property & your data

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Christian Banks and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own reselling business. You retain ownership of the data you enter (such as inventory, suppliers, and notes); you grant us a license to store and process it to operate the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

11.Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data or output will be accurate or reliable.

12.Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRISTIAN BANKS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST INVENTORY VALUE, OR BUSINESS LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christian Banks from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your reselling activity, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

14.Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15) will survive.

15.Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Montgomery County, Maryland, and you and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. If arbitration is found unenforceable, disputes will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

16.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
